The next step is to open Microsoft Outlook again. You will see a new option called Recover Deleted Items and you can use it to restore deleted items in Outlook. However, even this method is risky, as some of the emails can’t be recovered at all.

The above method are commonly used to recover accidentally deleted mails. Things are a little more complicated if we are talking about contacts, settings or other Outlook items. In this case, you will need specialized third party software to restore those deleted items in outlook. The main advantage of this method is that you can recover almost every file that was deleted or modified in the past six months. Take your time as complete scanning could be an hour or more.
